    POWER INTEGRATIONS 2SP0115T2C0-12 Product Overview

    The 2SP0115T2C0-12 is an ultra-compact, dual-channel gate driver board from Power Integrations' SCALE™-2 series, part of the CONCEPT plug-and-play driver family . It is specifically designed for direct mounting onto 17mm EconoDUAL™ IGBT modules, providing a complete solution that includes an isolated DC/DC power supply, short-circuit protection, advanced active clamping, and supply voltage monitoring . With a 1.2 kV voltage class, it supports half-bridge or direct independent driving modes .

    Rated for a supply voltage of 14.5 V to 15.5 V, it delivers a peak output current of +15 A (source) and -8 A (sink) per channel . The driver features typical rise and fall times of 5 ns and 10 ns, respectively, with a propagation delay of approximately 80 ns . The SCALE-2 chipset reduces component count by up to 80% compared to conventional solutions, significantly enhancing reliability and reducing cost . Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C . The module uses a DIC20 electrical interface compatible with PrimePACK™ drivers and supports direct paralleling of multiple drivers for higher power applications .
