    The 2SP0320T2A0-17 is a dual-channel, plug-and-play IGBT driver from Power Integrations' 2SP0320 Series, based on the advanced SCALE-2 chipset. It is designed for the reliable driving and protection of high-power IGBT modules in demanding industrial applications. The 2SP0320T2A0-17 features a fiber-optic interface, a built-in DC-DC power supply with reinforced isolation, and advanced protection functions, all integrated into a single compact PCB assembly.

    Rated for a maximum DC-link voltage of 1200 V, it provides a peak output current of ±20 A per channel, with an output power of up to 2 W per channel.
