    The 88EA1512B2-NNP2A000 is a single-port Gigabit Ethernet transceiver from Infineon's Brightlane™ family, designed as a physical layer device for automotive and industrial networking applications. It implements the Ethernet physical layer for 1000BASE-T, 100BASE-TX, and 10BASE-T standards, and supports flexible media conversion between RGMII, SGMII, and copper/fiber interfaces .

    Housed in a 56-pin QFN package (8 mm x 8 mm, 0.5 mm pitch), it integrates MDI interface termination resistors to reduce external component count. The device features an integrated switching voltage regulator and supports 1.8 V, 2.5 V, and 3.3 V LVCMOS I/O standards . Operating temperature range is -40 °C to +105 °C (AEC-Q100 Grade 2). Supply voltage is 3.3 V. Mass is approximately 0.4 g .
