    AD7190BRUZ Product Overview

    The AD7190BRUZ is a low-noise, complete analog front-end from Analog Devices' AD7190 Series, designed for high-precision measurement applications requiring the accurate digital conversion of DC, AC, and low-level sensor signals. The BRUZ variant features a 24-lead TSSOP package and integrates a 24-bit sigma-delta (Σ-Δ) ADC with an on-chip programmable gain amplifier (PGA), eliminating the need for external instrumentation amplifiers.

    Rated for 24-bit resolution with a maximum output data rate of 4.8 kSPS, it accepts fully differential inputs and outputs a serial digital signal with 8.5 nV RMS noise at 4.7 Hz (gain = 128) and up to 22.5 noise-free bits (gain = 1). The device exhibits 5 nV/°C offset drift and 1 ppm/°C gain drift. Supply voltage is AVDD: 4.75 V to 5.25 V and DVDD: 2.7 V to 5.25 V, with a typical current consumption of 6 mA. Mass is approximately 0.23 g and operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +105°C. An on-chip 4.92 MHz clock can be used, or an external clock or crystal can be applied.
