    Analog Devices AD633JRZ-R7 Product Overview

    The AD633JRZ-R7 is a functionally complete four-quadrant analog multiplier from Analog Devices, featuring high-impedance differential X and Y inputs and a high-impedance summing input (Z). Housed in a compact 8-lead SOIC package, it is designed for applications requiring multiplication, division, squaring, modulation/demodulation, and phase detection.

    The device includes 3 amplifiers, operates over a 1 MHz small-signal bandwidth, and delivers a 20 V/µs slew rate. It is laser-trimmed to a guaranteed total accuracy of 2% of full scale and features a 10 V nominal full-scale output voltage from an embedded Zener reference. Supply voltage range is ±8 V to ±18 V.
