    AP62300TWU-7 Product Overview

    The AP62300TWU-7 is a 3A synchronous buck converter from Diodes Incorporated‘s AP62xxx Series, designed for the electronic conversion of higher DC voltages to lower, regulated outputs with high efficiency and minimal external components. The TWU-7 variant features a TSOT-26 surface-mount package and integrates both high-side and low-side power MOSFETs, providing a complete step-down power solution .

    Rated for 3 A continuous output current with an input voltage range of 4.2 V to 18 V, it outputs an adjustable voltage from 0.763 V to 7 V with ±1% reference accuracy . Switching frequency is 750 kHz . Supply voltage ranges from 4.2 V to 18 V. Mass is approximately 0.045 g and operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C .
