    LEM ART-B22-D125/SP4 Rogowski Coil Current Transducer

    LEM ART-B22-D125/SP4 Product Overview

    The ART-B22-D125/SP4 is a Rogowski coil current transducer from LEM's ART series, designed for the electronic measurement of AC currents with galvanic isolation between the primary and secondary circuits. The SP4 variant features a flexible split-core design with a 125 mm aperture and a 4 m output cable length.

    Rated for 1000 A nominal with a 10 A to 10000 A measuring range, it outputs 22.5 mV/kA with 0.5% accuracy according to IEC 61869 Class 0.5. The sensor is self-powered and operates at 50/60 Hz, with bandwidth extending up to 700 kHz in idle mode. Mass is 124 g to 155 g and operating temperature is -40°C to +80°C. Insulation rating is 1 kV CATIII with IP57 protection. Inductance is 258 µH and DC resistance is 81 Ω.

    The ART-B22-D125/SP4 employs Rogowski coil technology with patented Perfect Loop Technology, delivering 0.5% accuracy with excellent linearity, no saturation, and no upper current limit, independent of primary conductor position. The internal shield improves measurement accuracy at low primary currents. The flexible split-core design enables quick and easy installation on existing busbars without system interruption. The 1 kV CATIII insulation ensures safety in industrial and smart grid environments. The sensor requires an external integrator such as the AI-PMUL for signal conditioning. The SP4 variant is distinguished by its 4 m output cable, designed for applications requiring remote placement of the electronics.
