    AWM3100V Product Overview

    The AWM3100V is an amplified mass airflow sensor from the AWM3000 Series, designed for the electronic measurement of dry gas flow using dual Wheatstone bridge configurations. The straight port, amplified variant features on-board heater control and sensing bridge supply circuits, enabling gain adjustment and voltage offset introduction to the sensor output .

    Rated for a nominal flow of 200 sccm with a measuring range of 0 sccm to 200 sccm, it outputs an analog voltage signal (max 5 V) with 0.5% accuracy and repeatability of ±0.50% . Response time is 3 ms . Supply voltage range is 8 V to 15 Vdc . Mass is 10.8 g and operating temperature is -25°C to 85°C . Maximum overpressure is 25 psi .
