    AWM3300V Product Overview

    The AWM3300V is an amplified mass airflow sensor from the AWM3000 Series, designed for the electronic measurement of dry gas flow using dual Wheatstone bridge configurations with on-board signal conditioning . The amplified radial port variant features laser-trimmed calibration for improved sensor interchangeability, enabling increased gain and voltage offset adjustment to the sensor output without external circuitry .

    Rated for a nominal flow of 1000 sccm with a bi-directional measuring range of ±1000 sccm , it outputs an analog voltage signal with 5 VDC at the trim point and a null voltage of 1.00 ±0.10 VDC . Accuracy is ±1% Reading with repeatability and hysteresis of ±1% Reading . Response time is 3 ms maximum and power consumption is 60 mW maximum. Supply voltage range is 8 V to 15 Vdc . Mass is 10.8 g and operating temperature range is -25°C to 85°C . Maximum common-mode pressure is 25 psi with a maximum allowable flow change rate of 5 SLPM per second to prevent damage .
