    LEM CTSR1.5-TP/SP18 Product Overview

    The CTSR1.5-TP/SP18 is a closed-loop Fluxgate current transducer from LEM's CTSR series, designed for the electronic measurement of DC, AC, and pulsed currents with galvanic isolation between the primary and secondary circuits. The CTSR1.5-TP/SP18 variant features a 1.5A nominal current rating, ±18A measuring range, and voltage output with PCB mounting.

    Rated for 1.5 A nominal with a ±18 A measuring range, it outputs voltage signal with high accuracy and excellent linearity. The CTSR series utilizes closed-loop Fluxgate technology, ensuring superior precision, very low offset drift over temperature, and high overload capability. Supply voltage is single supply (+5V typical). Mass is approximately 25 g and operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C. Insulation test voltage is 3 kV (50Hz, 1 min) with 11 mm creepage and clearance distances for high insulation requirements.

    LEM CTSR1.5-TP/SP18 Key Advantages

    The CTSR1.5-TP/SP18 employs closed-loop Fluxgate technology, delivering high accuracy and excellent linearity while maintaining very low offset drift over temperature. The ±18 A measuring range provides wide overload capability for fault and leakage detection, while the fast response time and DC to several kHz bandwidth capture both steady-state and transient current events. The Ø 20.1 mm aperture accommodates primary conductors up to 20 mm diameter and the PCB mounting enables compact, non-contact integration into circuit boards. The 3 kV insulation with 11 mm creepage and clearance ensures high safety and compliance with industrial insulation standards.
