    1. Intelligent self-adjustment – one unit for multiple applications

    Traditional shock absorbers require tedious manual adjustment for different loads. The DHABS/124 features a dual-orifice + floating piston design that automatically matches impact energy (15N·m to 120N·m) across its rated stroke – no setup needed. Whether light load/high speed or heavy load/low speed, it delivers near-constant deceleration and eliminates rebound and vibration.

    2. Military-grade durability – cut maintenance costs by 60%

    Sealing system: Imported PTFE composite seals + FKM O-rings, withstand -30°C to 120°C temperature extremes, oil mist and dusty environments

    Body material: High-strength aluminum alloy with hard anodizing (≥500HV) – corrosion and scratch resistant

    Lifecycle test: 5 million cycles under rated conditions with zero leakage and <5% performance decay

    3. Compact design – hassle-free installation

    Only Φ24mm outer diameter, 124mm total length (hence the model number). Directly replaces most European/Japanese standard shock absorber mounting holes. M20×1.5 standard thread with included locknut and anti-loosening washer – one person can swap it out in 3 minutes.

    4. Ultra-smooth operation – boost your machine's cycle rate

    Field tests show a 70% reduction in peak impact force, with piston speed approaching zero at stroke end – eliminating positioning errors caused by rebound.
