    The DMG2305UX-7 is a P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET from Diodes Incorporated, designed to deliver low on-state resistance and superior switching performance in a compact SOT-23 surface-mount package. It is well-suited for high-efficiency power management applications where board space is at a premium.

    The device features a drain-source voltage (Vds) of 20V and supports a continuous drain current (Id) of 4.2A at 25°C, with a peak current capability of 5A.
