    DMT6018LDR-7 Product Overview

    The DMT6018LDR-7 is a dual N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET from the DMT Series, designed for high-efficiency power management and load switching applications. The dual configuration features two independent N-channel MOSFETs in a compact package .

    Rated for 60 V drain-source voltage with 8.8 A continuous drain current, it exhibits a maximum on-resistance of 17 mΩ at 10V gate drive . Gate charge is 13.9 nC at 10V and input capacitance is 869 pF at 30V . Supply voltage is 60 V. Mass is 0.048 g and operating temperature is -55°C to 150°C . Packaged in a V-DFN3030-8 surface-mount package with MSL Level 1 rating .
