    DP83822IRHBR Product Overview

    The DP83822IRHBR is a low-power, robust 10/100 Mbps Ethernet Physical Layer (PHY) transceiver from Texas Instruments' DP83822I Series, designed to provide reliable wired connectivity in harsh industrial environments with galvanic isolation supported through external transformers. The RHBR variant features a 32-pin VQFN package and supports MII, RMII, and RGMII interfaces, with enhanced ESD protection and flexible power supply options.

    Rated for 10BASE-Te and 100BASE-TX operation with auto-negotiation and Auto-MDIX, it supports data rates of 10 Mbps and 100 Mbps and includes a 25 MHz/50 MHz clock output. Supply voltage is 3.3 V with optional 1.8V, 2.5V, or 3.3V MAC interface I/O voltages. Mass is approximately 0.135 g and operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C. The device features 4 kV ESD protection on the MDI pins, ±16 kV contact/air ESD on certain pins, and supports IEEE 1588 time stamping, JTAG1149.1, and SNMP MIB for comprehensive diagnostics.
