    LEM HAH3DR 900-S0E Product Overview

    The HAH3DR 900-S0E is an open-loop Hall effect current transducer from LEM's HAH3DR S0E series, designed for the electronic measurement of DC, AC, and pulsed currents with galvanic isolation between the primary and secondary circuits . This panel-mount sensor is specifically engineered for high-power automotive motor control and traction inverter applications, featuring a high level of integration within the HAH3 series . The S0x design is optimized for installation on thick busbars, making it suitable for systems where the sensor is located further from the inverter module .

    Rated for 900 A nominal with a ±900 A measuring range, it outputs a ratiometric voltage of 0-5 V (instantaneous) with 3.5% accuracy and ±1% linearity . Sensitivity is 2.22 mV/A . Response time is 6 µs and bandwidth is DC to 40 kHz . Supply voltage is +5 V (4.75 to 5.25 V) . The sensor's maximum supply current is 60 mA . Operating temperature is -40°C to +125°C . The sensor features unidirectional polarization .
