    LEM HAL 50-S Product Overview

    The HAL 50-S is an open-loop Hall effect current transducer from LEM's HAL series, designed for the electronic measurement of DC, AC, and pulsed currents with galvanic separation between the primary and secondary circuits . This panel-mount sensor outputs an instantaneous analog voltage and is recognized for its easy installation, small size, and high immunity to external interference .

    Rated for 50 A nominal with a ±150 A measuring range, it outputs an instantaneous analog voltage of ±4 V with ±1% accuracy and ±0.5% linearity . Response time is 3 µs and bandwidth is DC to 50 kHz . Supply voltage is ±15 V (±5%) with a maximum current consumption of 25 mA . Mass is 75 g and operating temperature is -25°C to +85°C . The insulated plastic case is recognized according to UL 94-V0 .
