    HLSR20-P Product Overview

    The HLSR20-P is a high-precision open-loop Hall-effect current sensor designed for accurate measurement of DC, AC, and pulsed currents, while providing galvanic isolation between the primary and secondary circuits. Its compact through-hole PCB mounting design makes it ideal for space-constrained systems, and it is particularly wellsuited for industrial inverters, servo motor drives, switch-mode power supplies, UPS systems, and renewable energy applications.

    The HLSR20-P delivers accuracy up to ±1% (@25°C) and remains stable under high temperatures – even at 105°C, accuracy stays within ±3.4%. Its open-loop Hall technology combined with an ASIC ensures extremely low zeropoint and gain drift, providing consistent measurement over long-term operation. With a sensitivity of 40mV/A and linearity of ±0.5%, every current reading is reliably accurate.

    Fast Response for Instant Capture

    An ultrafast response time of just 2.5µs and a 400kHz bandwidth allow the HLSR20-P to capture rapidly changing current signals with ease. Whether in highfrequency switching power supplies or highspeed motor drives, you get realtime measurement feedback.

    Safe Isolation, Robust Reliability

    Galvanic isolation between primary and secondary circuits ensures safe separation of measurement and control signals, eliminating interference and damage risks. The operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C suits harsh industrial environments. Fully RoHS compliant for a green and safe design.

    Simple Integration, Effortless Design

    Throughhole PCB mounting, single 5V supply, a quiescent output voltage of 2.5V, and an analog voltage output proportional to the measured current – all this eliminates complex signal conditioning circuitry and greatly reduces design effort. An extra reference voltage pin allows direct connection to an A/D converter, removing reference temperature drift for even higher system accuracy.
