    LEM HO 60-P/SP33-1106 Product Overview

    The HO 60-P/SP33-1106 is an open-loop Hall effect current transducer from LEM's HO-P Series, designed for the electronic measurement of DC, AC, and pulsed currents with galvanic isolation between the primary and secondary circuits . This through-hole PCB-mount transducer is optimized for unipolar +3.3 V supply operation and features a dedicated overcurrent detection output, making it suitable for industrial drives, power supplies, and renewable energy systems .

    Rated for 60 A nominal with a measuring range of ±150 A (2.5 × IPN), it outputs a ratiometric analog voltage of 1.65 ± 0.8 V at nominal current with ±1.25% total accuracy and ±0.75% linearity . Sensitivity is 13.33 mV/A. Response time is 3.5 µs and frequency bandwidth is DC to 100 kHz . Supply voltage range is 3.14 V to 3.46 V with a maximum current consumption of 25 mA . Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +105°C . Insulation test voltage is 4.3 kV RMS at 50 Hz for 1 minute with >8 mm creepage and clearance distances . The insulating plastic case is recognized according to UL 94-V0.

The ±150 A measuring range provides ample headroom for overload conditions, and the 100 kHz bandwidth captures dynamic current signals in motor drive and power conversion applications .

    A key feature is the dedicated overcurrent detection output set at 2.93 × IPN (peak value), enabling fast system-level protection without additional circuitry . The VREF IN/OUT access provides system-level flexibility for reference voltage synchronization . The single +3.3 V supply simplifies integration into low-voltage digital systems. The through-hole PCB design offers low power consumption (25 mA maximum), high immunity to external interference, and no insertion losses . The device is factory calibrated and meets UL 508 and IEC 61800-5-1 standards for reinforced insulation up to 600 V CAT III .
