    LEM HOP 1000-SB HOP Series Open Loop Hall Effect Current Transducer

     

    LEM HOP 1000-SB Product Overview

    The HOP 1000-SB is an open-loop Hall effect current transducer from LEM's HOP Series, designed for the electronic measurement of DC, AC, and pulsed currents with galvanic isolation between the primary and secondary circuits. This split-core transducer features a 104 x 40 mm rectangular aperture for non-intrusive busbar installation without disconnecting existing conductors.

    Rated for 1000 A nominal with a measuring range of ±1500 A, it outputs an analog voltage of ±4 V with ≤±2% accuracy and ≤±1% linearity. Response time is <10 µs and frequency bandwidth (-1 dB) is DC to 4 kHz. Supply voltage range is ±12 V to ±15 V (±5%) with a maximum current consumption of 20 mA. Mass is 900 g and operating temperature ranges from -10°C to +70°C. Insulation test voltage is 5 kV RMS at 50 Hz for 1 minute with 21 mm creepage distance and 15.9 mm clearance. Secondary connection is via a Molex 5045-04/AG connector with mating connector provided. The device supports both busbar fastening and panel mounting, and the insulating plastic case is recognized according to UL 94-V0.

    LEM HOP 1000-SB Key Advantages
