    LEM HSNBV 800-R01 HSNBV Series Open Loop Hall Effect Current Transducer

     

    LEM HSNBV 800-R01 Product Overview

    The HSNBV 800-R01 is an open-loop Hall effect current transducer from LEM's HSNBV Series, designed for the electronic measurement of DC currents with galvanic separation between the primary circuit (high power) and the secondary circuit (electronic circuit). This compact panel-mount transducer features an integrated busbar, making it suitable for high-power, low-voltage automotive applications such as Battery Management Systems (BMS), electric and hybrid vehicles, and 48 V battery systems.

    Rated for 800 A nominal with a measuring range of ±800 A, it outputs a ratiometric analog voltage of 0-5 V with ±3% accuracy and ±0.5% linearity. Sensitivity is 2.5 mV/A. Delay time to 70% final output value is 10 ms and frequency bandwidth is DC to 1.1 kHz. Supply voltage range is 4.75 V to 5.25 V with a maximum current consumption of 20 mA. Mass is 49 g and operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +125°C. The device is designed for panel mounting with unidirectional polarization.
