    IR2113STRPBF Product Overview

    The IR2113STRPBF is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT gate driver from Infineon Technologies, designed with independent high and low-side referenced output channels for robust half-bridge and other topologies . It features proprietary HVIC and latch-immune CMOS technologies for ruggedized monolithic construction .

    Rated for a high-side floating voltage up to 600 V, the device accepts a supply voltage from 10 V to 20 V, with logic inputs compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs down to 3.3 V logic . It delivers a 2 A peak output current (sink and source), with typical rise and fall times of 25 ns and 17 ns respectively . Propagation delays are matched, with tpLH at 120 ns and tpHL at 94 ns . The device is housed in a 16-lead SOIC package (0.295" width, 7.50mm) and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C .

    The IR2113STRPBF employs a ruggedized HVIC and CMOS technology, delivering high noise immunity and reliable operation in noisy industrial environments. The independent high and low-side channels with 2 A peak output current drive large gate capacitances with fast switching speeds, reducing switching losses. The floating channel, designed for bootstrap operation, can drive N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in the high-side configuration up to 600 V . CMOS Schmitt-triggered inputs with pull-down resistors and under-voltage lockout (UVLO) for both channels enhance system reliability and prevent faulty operation . The logic input is compatible with 3.3 V microcontrollers, simplifying system interfacing.
