    LEM IT 700-SB ULTRASTAB IT Series Closed-Loop Fluxgate Current Transducer

    LEM IT 700-SB Product Overview

    The IT 700-SB is a closed-loop fluxgate current transducer from LEM's IT series, designed for the electronic measurement of DC, AC, and pulsed currents with galvanic separation between the primary and secondary circuits . The ULTRASTAB variant features a ±10 V voltage output and an electrostatic shield between primary and secondary circuits for enhanced immunity to external interference .

    Rated for 700 A nominal with a 700 A measuring range, it outputs ±10 V voltage signal with 0.0141% accuracy, 30 ppm linearity, and 50 ppm sensitivity error . Response time is < 1 µs and small-signal bandwidth is 50 kHz (±1 dB) or 100 kHz (±3 dB) . Supply voltage is ±15 V. Mass is 800 g and operating temperature is 10°C to 50°C . Insulation test voltage is 4.6 kV RMS with 9 mm creepage and clearance . Impulse withstand voltage is 8.5 kV .

    The IT 700-SB employs closed-loop fluxgate technology with zero-flux detection, delivering 0.0141% accuracy and ±30 ppm linearity while providing extremely low temperature variation and high immunity to external fields . The 700 A range provides high current handling capability, while the < 1 µs response time and 100 kHz bandwidth capture fast transients. The ±10 V voltage output enables direct interface with standard measurement systems. The electrostatic shield between primary and secondary circuits ensures enhanced immunity to external interference . The 9-pin D-Sub male connector provides secondary output, while the status signal offers transducer health monitoring via an LED indicator . The low noise feedback to primary conductor minimizes interference .
