    LEM ITN 12-P ULTRASTAB ITN Series Closed-Loop Fluxgate Current Transducer

    LEM ITN 12-P Product Overview

    The ITN 12-P is a closed-loop fluxgate current transducer from LEM's ITN Series, designed for the electronic measurement of DC, AC, and pulsed currents with galvanic separation between the primary and secondary circuits. The ULTRASTAB variant features a PCB-mount design with a metal housing for high immunity against external interference.

    Rated for 12.5 A nominal with a ±25 A measuring range, it outputs current signal with 0.05% accuracy and ≤4 ppm linearity. Response time is < 1 µs and bandwidth is DC to >500 kHz. Supply voltage is ±15 V. Mass is 0.35 kg and operating temperature is 10°C to 45°C. Insulation test voltage is 2.4 kV with 4.7 mm creepage and 3.3 mm clearance.

The ±25 A range provides transient safety margin, while the < 1 µs response time and >500 kHz bandwidth capture fast switching transients. The PCB-mount design enables direct board-level integration, and the extremely low offset drift (<2 ppm/K) and high resolution (<0.4 ppm noise at 0-10 Hz) guarantee measurement stability in demanding laboratory and medical environments. The metal housing provides high immunity to external electrostatic and magnetic fields, while the low noise feedback minimizes interference to the primary conductor.
