    The JANTX1N3595UR-1 is a standard small-signal diode from the JANTX Military Series, designed for general-purpose rectification and switching in high-reliability applications. The surface-mount (DO-213AA) variant features metallurgically bonded construction with isolated case connections .

    Rated for 125 V DC reverse voltage with a 150 mA average rectified current, it outputs a forward voltage of 920 mV at 100 mA.
