    LEM LA 125-P/SP1 LA Series Closed Loop Current Transducer

     

    LEM LA 125-P/SP1 Product Overview

    The LA 125-P/SP1 is a closed-loop Hall effect current transducer from LEM's LA Series, designed for the electronic measurement of DC, AC, and pulsed currents with galvanic isolation between the primary circuit and the secondary circuit . This PCB-mount transducer features an 11 x 13 mm aperture for primary conductor crossing and is the SP1 variant with a special 1:2000 turns ratio, providing a 62.5 mA output at nominal current .

    Rated for 125 A nominal with a measuring range of 0 to ±200 A, it outputs a secondary current of 62.5 mA with ±0.6% accuracy and <0.15% linearity . Response time is <1 µs and frequency bandwidth is DC to 100 kHz . Supply voltage range is ±12 V to ±15 V with a current consumption of 16 mA plus IS . Mass is 40 g and operating temperature ranges from -25°C to +85°C . Insulation test voltage meets EN 50178:1997 standards . The insulating plastic case is recognized according to UL 94-V0 . Measuring resistance (RM) varies with supply voltage: with ±12 V, RM is 0-90 Ω at ±125 A and 0-30 Ω at ±200 A; with ±15 V, RM is 0-135 Ω at ±125 A and 0-55 Ω at ±200 A .
