The LAH25-NP, a flagship model in LEM’s LAH series of closed-loop Hall-effect current sensors, combines high accuracy, wide bandwidth, flexible ranges, and galvanic isolation. It offers engineers an ideal solution for measuring DC, AC, and pulsed currents.

    The closed-loop (compensated) Hall architecture delivers an output current signal that dynamically compensates for the primary current. This achieves ±0.3% accuracy and ±0.2% linearity—far superior to open-loop designs, making it ideal for precision current monitoring and control.

    Multiple ranges in one model – flexible project selection
    The LAH25-NP supports field selection of three rated currents: 8A, 12A, or 25A (ARMS), with measurement capability up to ±55A peak. One model covers multiple project requirements, simplifying R&D, prototyping, and production.

    With a 0.5µs (500ns) response time and a DC~200kHz bandwidth, the sensor accurately reproduces high-frequency switching ripple and motor inrush currents in real time.

    5kVrms galvanic isolation between the primary (high-power) and secondary (electronic) sides blocks potential surges and interference from the high-voltage side.
