    LEM LESR 25-NP/SP1 Closed-Loop Hall Effect Current Transducer

     

    LEM LESR 25-NP/SP1 Product Overview

    The LESR 25-NP/SP1 is a closedloop Hall effect current transducer from LEM's LESR series, designed for the electronic measurement of DC, AC, and pulsed currents with galvanic isolation between the primary and secondary circuits . It delivers performance at the level of Fluxgate technology without the added cost, featuring very low offset drift of 4 ppm/°C and high accuracy across a wide temperature range .

    The SP1 variant is rated for 25 A nominal current with a measuring range of ±85 A, outputting a voltage signal (2.5V ± 0.625V) with 0.7% accuracy and ±0.1% linearity . Sensitivity is 25 mV/A . The sensor operates on a single +5V supply (4.75V ~ 5.25V), with a 400 ns response time and 300 kHz frequency bandwidth over a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C .

    The sensor features integrated primary conductors with 2 × 2 turns for differential measurement, enabling PCB mounting with a compact footprint . It offers reference voltage access on an additional pin with two modes (Ref IN and Ref OUT), enabling flexible signal conditioning and external reference management . The series is 100% footprint compatible with the CASR xx-NP series, providing an easy upgrade path for existing designs . It is housed in a UL 94 V-0 flameretardant case and compliant with RoHS . Mass is approximately 10 g .
