    LF505-S/SP27 Product Overview

    When you need accurate large current monitoring in AC drives, servo drives, UPS systems, or battery management systems, with higher demands for measurement range, dynamic response, and environmental adaptability — the LEM LF505-S/SP27 is the enhanced solution designed for these rigorous requirements.

    This 500A rated current closed-loop Hall effect current transducer comes from LEM (LEM International SA) , the global leader in electrical measurement. Compared to standard models, the SP27 version offers an ultra-wide measuring range of ±1480A (nearly 3x overload capability), an extended operating temperature range (-40℃ to +70℃), and optimized dynamic performance.

    The transducer features a ±24V single-voltage power supply and delivers a rated 100mA instantaneous current output — highly noise-immune for long-distance transmission. With 1µs fast response time, 200A/µs di/dt following capability, and 100kHz high bandwidth, it accurately measures DC, AC, and pulsed currents while offering excellent external magnetic field rejection.
