    Texas Instruments LMR23630AQDDARQ1 Product Overview

    The LMR23630AQDDARQ1 is a 36V, 3A synchronous step-down converter from Texas Instruments' LMR23630 family, designed for automotive and industrial power supply applications. Housed in a 8-pin SOIC PowerPAD package, it features integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs for high efficiency and compact solution size. The device is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.

    Operating from a 4.5 V to 36 V input voltage range, the device delivers up to 3 A continuous output current. It features ultra-low 75 µA quiescent current in sleep mode, supporting always-on systems. Switching frequency is adjustable from 200 kHz to 2.2 MHz, with an optional SYNC pin for frequency synchronization. Output voltage is adjustable from 1 V to 28 V. Operating temperature range is -40 °C to +125 °C.
