    LMZM23601SILR Product Overview

    The LMZM23601SILR is an integrated-inductor power module from Texas Instruments' LMZM23601 family, designed for step-down DC-DC conversion in space-constrained industrial applications . It integrates the power switch, inductor, and control circuitry into a single 3.8-mm × 3-mm × 1.6-mm package, offering a complete power solution with minimal external components .

    Rated for 1 A output current with a 4 V to 36 V wide operating input voltage range, the device is available in fixed 3.3 V or 5 V output options, as well as an adjustable output voltage option supporting 1.2 V to 15 V . The 5 V and 3.3 V fixed output designs require only input and output capacitors, achieving a 27-mm² solution size with single-sided layout . Supply current at no load is 28 µA with 2 µA shutdown current . The device offers forced PWM mode for constant frequency operation and auto PFM mode for high efficiency at light load . Operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C . The device is housed in a 10-pin USIP (SIL) surface-mount package, supplied in 3,000-piece tape and reel .
