The LTC350SFC/SP1 is a premium current sensor based on advanced closedloop Halleffect technology. Unlike traditional openloop sensors, the closedloop design uses a Hall element to sense the magnetic field generated by the primary current, then drives a feedback coil and power amplifier to create magnetic flux compensation, keeping the net flux in the core at zero. This process virtually eliminates the temperature drift and gain errors of openloop sensors, delivering ultrahigh linearity and nearzero hysteresis.
