    LV25-800 Product Overview

    The LV25-800 is a closed-loop Hall effect voltage transducer from LEM (Switzerland), part of the LV25 series. Designed for high-precision and high-reliability voltage measurement, it uses the Hall effect and magnetic balance (closed-loop compensation) principle to provide complete galvanic isolation between the primary and secondary circuits. It is ideal for accurate measurement of DC, AC, and pulse voltages.

    With a rated voltage of 800V and a measurement range up to ±1200V, the LV25-800 is one of the preferred transducers for engineers in power supply systems, variable frequency drives, renewable energy generation, railway traction, industrial automation, welding equipment, and many other fields.

    Complete galvanic isolation between primary and secondary circuits safely converts high-voltage signals into a standard 25mA current output. This effectively separates the high-voltage side from the low-voltage side, significantly improving system safety.

    Operating temperature range: -25°C to +70°C; storage temperature: -25°C to +85°C. From cold outdoor northern facilities to hot southern factory floors, the LV25-800 maintains high accuracy year-round.

    Closed-Loop Hall Technology, Fast Dynamic Response

    The closed-loop Hall effect design offers no insertion loss, excellent immunity to interference, fast response time (<40μs), and wide bandwidth (DC to 10kHz). In variable frequency drives, servo motor control, and other applications with frequent transients, the transducer captures voltage changes in real time and feeds signals back to the control system without delay.
