    LV100/SP67 Product Overview

    The LV100/SP67 belongs to LEM’s LV100 series of voltage transducers. It is a cost-effective, high-performance closed-loop Hall effect device. Even in environments with strong interference, it maintains accurate voltage measurement and signal conversion, making it widely used in industrial automation, energy storage systems, electric locomotives, power transmission & distribution, and renewable energy generation.

    This transducer supports userselectable external resistors (R1), allowing the rated voltage to be flexibly adapted from 100 V up to 2500 V for DC, AC, or pulsed voltages, meeting the design requirements of diverse applications.

     

    LV100/SP67 Core Technology – Closed-Loop Hall Effect

    Compared with traditional voltage dividers or isolated amplifiers, the LV100/SP67 employs advanced closedloop Hall effect technology. Its operating principle uses a compensation current to minimise errors in the primary voltage signal, delivering extremely high linearity and very low temperature drift. Key advantages include:

    Outstanding Measurement Accuracy

    Accuracy up to 0.7% – faithfully reproduces the measured voltage signal and effectively reduces system control errors. In automated production lines or highprecision power equipment, this level of accuracy ensures that the control system receives reliable, realtime voltage feedback.

    Wide Operating Temperature Range

    Supports -40℃ to 80℃ – reliable operation in both severe cold (northern winters) and intense heat (southern summers). This makes the sensor particularly advantageous in demanding environments such as outdoor wind power installations and electric locomotives.

    Excellent Galvanic Isolation & Safety

    Thanks to closedloop Hall effect technology, the primary circuit (voltage under test) is completely electrically isolated from the secondary output signal. This prevents high voltages from entering the lowvoltage control system, ensuring the safety of both the measurement system and personnel.

    Panel Mounting – Easy Integration

    Panelmount design allows engineers to quickly integrate the sensor into cabinets or distribution boxes, reducing electrical design time and assembly effort.
