    LEM LZSR 150-P LZSR Series Closed Loop Current Transducer

    LEM LZSR 150-P Product Overview

    The LZSR 150-P is a closed-loop Hall effect current transducer from LEM's LZSR Series, designed for the electronic measurement of DC, AC, and pulsed currents with galvanic isolation between the primary and secondary circuits. This PCB-mount transducer features an aperture for inserting primary conductors and is particularly adapted for 70-120kW solar inverters .

    Rated for 150 A nominal with a peak measuring range of 270 A (up to 3 times the nominal value) , it outputs an instantaneous voltage signal of 2.5 ± 0.625 V with 0.83% accuracy and ±0.1% linearity . Response time is typically 3 µs and bandwidth is DC to 200 kHz . Supply voltage is +5 V DC (4.75 V to 5.25 V) . Sensitivity is 4.166 mV/A . Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C . The transducer features very low offset drift down to 3 ppm/K, significantly improved over previous generation Hall effect sensors .

The very low offset drift of 3 ppm/K ensures stable performance across a wide temperature range, outperforming traditional Hall effect sensors by up to 7 times . The 270 A peak measuring range accommodates high overload conditions up to three times the nominal value . The +5 V single supply simplifies system integration, while the internal reference voltage (VREF pin) and overcurrent detection output (threshold set at 1.93 × IPN) provide added functionality for protection applications . The compact PCB-mount design with aperture (37.75 × 48.2 × 19.4 mm) enables efficient space utilization in power electronics .
