    LEM RA 1005-S RA Series Rogowski Coil Current Transducer

    LEM RA 1005-S Product Overview

    The RA 1005-S is a Rogowski coil current transducer from LEM's RA Series, designed for the electronic measurement of alternating signals (0.1 to 20 A AC) superimposed on DC primary currents up to 1000 A DC, with galvanic isolation between the primary and secondary circuits . This panel-mount transducer is specifically designed for interference frequency detection in railway applications .

    Rated for 1000 A nominal, it outputs an instantaneous voltage signal with 3% accuracy over a bandwidth of 20 to 3000 Hz . The transducer is self-powered and requires an external integrator . Supply is self-powered and operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C . Insulation test voltage is 12 kV RMS at 50 Hz for 1 minute, with 82.70 mm creepage and 69.60 mm clearance . The 42 mm diameter aperture accommodates the primary conductor .
