    The STM32F103VCT6TR is a high-performance mainstream microcontroller from STMicroelectronics' STM32F1 Series, featuring the ARM Cortex-M3 32-bit RISC core operating at up to 72 MHz. It delivers 1.25 DMIPS/MHz performance with single-cycle multiplication and hardware division.
