    STM32L476VET6TR Product Overview

    The STM32L476VET6TR is an ultra-low-power 32-bit microcontroller from STMicroelectronics' STM32L4 Series, designed for the electronic measurement and control of industrial and consumer applications requiring high performance and low energy consumption. The VET6TR variant features a high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M4 core with FPU, operating at up to 80 MHz, and is offered in a 100-pin LQFP package with tape and reel packaging for automated assembly .

    Rated for an 80 MHz maximum clock frequency, it outputs digital signals through 82 to 85 GPIOs and multiple communication interfaces, with 512 KB Flash and 128 KB SRAM memory . Supply voltage ranges from 1.71 V to 3.6 V. Mass is approximately 0.5 g and operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C . The device features an integrated LCD driver, USB OTG, DFSDM, and an extensive set of analog peripherals.

The 100-pin LQFP package accommodates compact PCB layouts and the up to 85 I/Os support extensive peripheral interfacing . The integrated LCD driver (8x40 or 4x44) , USB OTG, and capacitive touch sensing channels offer versatile human-machine interface capabilities, while the flexible external memory controller and Quad SPI interface enable memory expansion .
