    The W25Q32JVSSIQ is a 32M-bit serial NOR Flash memory from Winbond's SpiFlash family, designed for systems with limited space, pins, and power requirements. The device operates from a 2.7V to 3.6V single power supply with current consumption as low as 1 microampere in power-down mode, making it ideal for battery-powered applications.

    The W25Q32JVSSIQ supports Standard SPI, Dual I/O SPI, and Quad I/O SPI operation modes, with a maximum SPI clock frequency of 133MHz. In Quad SPI mode, the equivalent clock frequency reaches up to 532MHz, enabling high-speed data transfers. The device is organized as 4M x 8 and packaged in a standard 8-pin SOIC-8 208-mil footprint.

    The device features software and hardware write protection to prevent accidental data corruption, along with OTP (One-Time Programmable) protection for secure storage of critical parameters or encryption keys. The JEDEC standard manufacturer and device ID and SFDP (Serial Flash Discoverable Parameters) enable automatic recognition and configuration in embedded systems.

    The W25Q32JVSSIQ supports execute-in-place (XIP) directly from Quad SPI, reducing system RAM requirements and enabling fast code execution.
